I ordered this grill from my Jeep Wrangler. The grill was great. Did not come with a tool that was shown in the instructions. Called the customer service number and closed with the grill. Not sure who it actually goes to, but they seemed clueless on what to do with a simple request to send the tool. Three emails stating they’re still working on it. It’s been three weeks with still no results. Ended up ordering the tool on Amazon. very frustrating dealing with this particular customer service at the number enclosed with the grill.
