I ordered this in mid April, it didn’t arrive until right before my trip. I had to order a backup from Amazon just in case. No one alerted me when it was shipped, I had to keep checking myself. Terrible service. In addition to the fact that the item itself came missing pieces.

Junk! Nuts weren’t glued into place so screws had nothing to grab during assembly. Took both my wife and I over an hour to repair and place onto our tube doors. We are both engineers. Whomever packaged put parts into wrong boxes (left mirror had right mirror parts). No quality control. Makes me second guess other items we’ve purchased through Mopar. Get better. To top it off, they look like junk on our customized expensive Jeep. I’m tossing these and looking elsewhere. Waste of time and money. Shame on Mopar.

Really poor quality replacement gas cap. Not even close to the quality that came with my Jeep, yet they call this a replacement.

Order oil filters for my Dodge Challenger by the website I should receive them in a couple of days and should get a tracking number after placing order to see progress of shipment. It's been 10 days since placing oder and the website has my oder saying working in progress no notification that my order was shipped. I have tried calling them for the last 7 days and and call goes to a voice mail box that says it is full and cannot accept no more messages. I submitted an online ticket for status of order and email for someone to call me about my order. Have not heard from them. I believe this site to be a scam at this point.

Good prices on reliable Oem products

I ordered SRT oil filters for my Dodge Challenger and the listing said that should receive in 2 days they will give a notification after placing the oder with a tracking number to see the progress of your oder. I placed the order on June 15 2026 it's been 10 days and have no recieved a notification with a tracking number. I looked up the status on their web page and it still having status listed as working. I tried calling for the last 7 days to find out what going on, my call goes a voice mail box saying that message box is full and cannot recieve anymore messages. I have sent a email and submitted a online ticket for someone to call me about my order. I have not received any call from them. At this point I believe this to a scam website.

Never received

ordered the upper glove box kit for my truck in black. they sent the gray kit. They do not answer the phone. and i have received 1 email in a week asking me a question about the order. i replied same day and have heard nothing back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Ordered the part May 24. . apparently it’s still in the mail Jun 22.
