Very comfortable and soft. Looks better in person than in the pictures in my opinion A bit on the heavier side, though. And the insoles feel a bit uncomfortable…I find they rub the inside of my heel from time to time

QC is poor, ordered the same sze of shoes in bulk and none of the shipment fit me. Customer service isn't helpful. Wasted money on a bunch of shoes I will now be donating to charity, Never again will I shop with AllBirds.

Great shoes. I use them for work out. I got a blister the first time I wore them but after that I have had no issues. It may have been the socks I was wearing.

I bought your long sleeved t/shirt in the white. I had the short sleeved version in grey. The quality is not the same. The grey is opaque, whereas the white is transparent. Not as shown in your image on your website. I can only say I’m glad I bought the long sleeved shirt on sale, otherwise I’d probably have returned it. If in the future you offer the grey t/shirt in short or long sleeved I’ll buy it.

Comfortable slippers! These are my second pair. I wore out the first pair after many years of use. Warm and great for around the house or on a plane. Fit true to size.

Generally I like the product but lately the sizing is off on some styles.

I am usually a 7. 5/8, and ordered the size 8. I find them too big in the length. The top also oddly tight even with loosening the laces so much so the top of my foot is in lots of pain after walking even short 20 minute distances. My foot width is normal/narrow, and so this was particularly surprising. Since I've worn them out I won't be able to return, but they'll need to be given away as I cannot wear them again.

Prompt shipping. Received both pairs about 10 days after placing order online. The only problem was not able to track shipping with the "SHOP" app as indicated after placing the order from the company's website. It kept stating unable to get updated information!.
