I had multiple requests to customer service to have wool inserts sent to me as I'm not satisfied with what I received . There will be no positive resolution for me. I will not purchase more if not resolved and wool insoles guaranteed on new purchases

Shoes are so tight across the top, i can't wear them. I wish I had of listened to the reviews. I'm so disappointed. I have another pair of all birds and they are fine.
