We returned our purchase. Allbirds Canada is a great company…. But as mentioned… the same shoe we have purchased several times in both the US and Canada arrived too small…. same size … but too small. Not sure what has happened to the sizing process!!

These shoes are super lightweight and I thought they’d be perfect for travel. Unfortunately they have a very narrow toe box and no arch support so they are not suitable for my feet. Thanks Allbirds for making the return and refund easy.

Received quickly. Appearance is large, fit and comfortable are good, but I have difficulty putting them on without the aid of a shoehorn unfortunately.

Very comfortable and soft. Looks better in person than in the pictures in my opinion A bit on the heavier side, though. And the insoles feel a bit uncomfortable…I find they rub the inside of my heel from time to time

QC is poor, ordered the same sze of shoes in bulk and none of the shipment fit me. Customer service isn't helpful. Wasted money on a bunch of shoes I will now be donating to charity, Never again will I shop with AllBirds.

Great shoes. I use them for work out. I got a blister the first time I wore them but after that I have had no issues. It may have been the socks I was wearing.
