The shipping was great and so was the return. I just didn't find them soft and comfortable like I was expecting.

I had a problem with shipping - received M 8. 5 instead of W8. Was corrected. Strider Explore shoes now fit perfectly.

Love the sneaker; true to size; very well made

Ordering was easy, and they shipped quickly, so received them fairly fast. So far I find they fit a little narrower than I like, and there is not enough arch support for me, so my feet get sore after wearing them too long. I am hoping they soften a little and stretch a bit with some wear. I ordered 2 pairs of allbirds, but so far just trying the 1st pair to see if I like them enough to keep the 2nd. I love the look of them and the quality. Of course I also love everything the company stands for, which is why I made this purchase as shoes are not something I typically order online.

Not great, tried 5X calling your supposed customer service & the phone keep gong back to…. . please select who you want to call. No way to LM to get someone to return my call. I also picked on purpose a wrong promo for warranty stating I have tried 5X to talk with someone. Left my order number my name and my contact phone number. Requesting some one to please call me back, NOPE NO ONE CALLED. I love Allbirds and have over 10 pairs and this interaction with sizing being way way off on the slippers and customer service so hard to talk to a person is making me rethink this company. I wanted to love these but they didn't fit well. Too tight around the middle, I would recommend sizing up. I bought them on sale and can't exchange the size
