Allready have 5 pairs all size 12 . Ordered 2 pair Tree runner and tree dasher both size 12 . The tree runners fit perfectly the tree. Dashers were clearly minimum one size 2 small. I asked the company very nicely if they would switch to a size 13 as they were in stock. The company refused to make that size swap and now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit. If all birds cannot be consistent with sizes in different models, this should not be blamed on us, this is on you allbirds . This was not a mistake on my part and I don’t feel like you have treated your customer properly here. I’m not sure how you expect return business if you treat your customers like this. You have a great product, but you are really missing something here. Will not purchase another pair of ball birds if this doesn’t straighten itself out immediately.

The size 7 fits like a 6 at best. All my shoes, no matter the brand are all 7 although I sometimes fit into a 6. 5 however this fits like a 6. I can't exchange nor return

I ordered that same size as I always have. The shoes that I received do no even come close to fitting. The shoes that I received are 1 to 1. 5 sizes too small. These shoes were on sale and therefore I cannot return them. As a regular customer of Allbirds, I am a little more than disappointed.

Love all my wool all birds runners. I wear them and find them comfortable, practical, and actually beneficial to my foot health—pain has disappeared and my feet are in better shape (calluses are a thing of the past).
