I have had my Melody II system for close to 10 years. Sean in the office is great to assist with questions for installation to work with whatever you already have in place (my initial home had a whole house water softening system, with an RO at the kitchen sink, my current home, neither) I replace my filter through him, and have sent referrals... All great!

This is my second Melody Ionizer. I had the original Melody Ionizer since 2008. When I received my new Melody the back panel was warped. I contacted the company immediately via email and Sean quickly emailed me back. He stayed in contact with me. They quickly replaced the warped panel and included a return shipping label. Kudos to Alkaline Water Plus...The best part, they are located in the US. If you are new to water ionizers, please use Alkaline Water Plus!
