The AlkalineWaterPlus website, the owner Cathie, and the customer service team are amazing! The website has a wealth of information that I found to be current, and incredibly helpful in choosing my next alkaline/hydrogen water ionizer. (Yes, I read everything on the site). I found Cathie's ionizer comparison guide to be unbiased and factual vs "sponsored" by a company paying a dealer to promote their product(s) to increase sales. I purchased the Platinum Baywell Alkaine Water Ionizer in October 2018 on Amazon and had nothing but problems with the machine from the beginning. The customer service rep at Baywell in the US was rude, short, and made me feel like I was bothering him every time I called for assistance. He would promise to send replacement parts and nothing would show up on multiple occasions for the same problem. It would take multiple calls and weeks or months before he would send a part which never solved all the issues the machine had. The machine was constantly leaking and unusable. The product came with a "lifetime warranty" that was nothing more than a hook to get you to buy the product. After reading the information on the different water ionizer manufacturers and the products they offer on Alkaline WaterPlus.com I now feel I can make a much better decision about the ionizer that's right for my family and me. I'm incredibly grateful to Cathie for the time and energy that's gone into this site and the comparisons and reviews on the products they offer. Thank you for taking the time to build this amazing site that helps educate consumers on the best water ionizer for their health, family and budget!
