I’m very happy with the purchase of the H2 filter set. The change out of the filters was seamless. I called the Alkaline Water Plus and asked about filter options and filter replacement instructions. They shared the info. I needed to make an immediate purchase and sent me a link to a very short instruction video. The filters arrived a couple days later. I followed the video instructions and everything went smoothly. Nothing is more important then safe, clean, PH balanced water for me and my family.
