The lid is difficult to put together and doesn’t make for easy refilling. In fact, the spout and lid are shaped such that you can’t fit the pitcher under a standard water dispenser and have to use some other container to transfer water into it.

Superior customer service and shipping was very quick too. We took photos of our old machine's under counter hookups to be sure the new one would work with all the fittings. Cathie was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our emails and calls. We're really enjoying the new ionizer and can taste a huge difference in the water!
