They are ok, not nearly as large or as uniform as the ones in their advertising. Now I realize every one is unique but mine were, to put it bluntly disappointing. To make matters worse I had hyped up the set I acquired for a friend for Christmas, only to receive what appears to be made for women or children…can barely fit our hands in them. For the price they are asking I expected a whole lot more.

Never got my items. And no one has answered the phone or responded to my emails. So upset

One came cracked and customer service hasn't gotten back to me in over a week, and the other has bubbles in the resin at the bottom of the horn

One of the cups I received is damaged and was wondering how to get it replaced? I paid alot of money for 2 and one of them are damaged. What can you do to fix this?

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They have been ignoring every email, message and call. The mug I received is child size, looks nothing like the photos and feels like cheap plastic. Been trying to get a refund within the 30 day window but I’m being veitlymy ignored. So unprofessional, and I feel scammed.

The product was way smaller than it appeared on the website. The handle feels like plastic and like it will break right off. The package came late and completely damaged.

Poor customer service. No one answers the phone, left multiple voice mails and emails. Only gitba redponse via FB messenger when I left a negitive comment. I recieved one of the two I ordered on BOGO on the Dec 26. I ordered Dec 13. So still waiting on my second one if it ever comes....

My order is wrong. I have emailed and called and all I get is auto responses of thanks and a coupon to butmy more. I can't get my issue addressed. CHRISTMAS has now come a d gone and I was short 2 gifts at our get together. We had plenty of time to get it corrected. I wS even will to drive to their warehouse to pick up the products to see time on shipping. Nothing, no response, no call, no e-mail. Nothing!!!

I ordered in November to be sure it arrived for a December 21st birthday. The wrong item was shipped (mug) and I didn’t receive the correct item (horn) until December 28th but without a stand as advertised.

Their answer will probably be, I'll check on this and get back to you and when will that be... Go and fill out review, can't submit it, have to once again click to repeat this all!!! I had ordered the tankard on 11/28/23 as a Christmas gift. Notified that it would be sent out on 12/08/23.Notified again that the product was sent on 12/18/23 however did not receive the tankard until 12/27/23 had to substitute a gift on Christmas Day.
