This place is almost a scam, although they have the products they have zero customer service and it’s impossible to cancel orders with him. It’s been weeks now and they still haven’t got back to me in regards to counseling an order and I have sent 10 emails and the phone number doesn’t work.

Shipped unusable product to me lightning fast. Cannot do anything to resolve the issues in craftsmanship. Pop the bubbles when the finish is fresh & uncured. My wife doesn't use her $50 mother's day gift. Sadly, I received garbage.

Had several great experiences but the last one killed it emailed and no replies.

No reply to emails. Factious phone number. Unable to make any contact with company when I relieved wrong item. Guess I’m stuck. It was gonna be a gift for my wife woh like tree of life stuff. Have no use for what was sent.

I ordered the Bogo and I only received one. I have sent many emails to find out when I’m going to receive my second one and got no response.

I ordered 8 regular size mugs but received 8 small ones. I emailed customer support but got no response at all.

Asking for a review of a product I was charged for but didn't receive. The balls. Non existent customer service. Hasn't responded to any emails. This is for an item I didn't receive and was paid for. BBB gives this company an F rating. Do buisness elsewhere.

I'll change the rating once , if they respond to my issue. I sent an email thru their contact page on March 12, the day I received my hot horn mug, than on the 17th sent an email in regards to the same issue. Called twice 2 and 4 days ago and left a message with no response. Ordered Several times in the past with no issues.

The customer service is horrible. I ordered two drinking tankards and neither one was anywhere close to the pictures. Very disappointed with the products. When trying to reach out to customer service, no response to multiple emails or a callback after leaving a voicemail on their phone. I would not buy from them again and would not recommend them.

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a BOGO free coffee horn and I only received one. Paid almost double the price and only received one. And the one I received is defective as the liquid leaks through. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times , leaving voicemails all to be ignored. People work hard for their money all to get SCAMMED ! If you go on other reviews on their website or check their social media, instagram ect other people have had the same issues, not getting their other BOGO product , items coming defective , and no one responding to them for weeks. Pure headache !!!

Horrible support after sale. No response to issue with order and attempted via contact form, direct email and phone calls with zero response. No one seems to be available no matter what time or day I call

Absolutly no customer service or support. Will be starting charge back procedures to get my money back.

I never received my purchase. I requested and paid for UPS but it was delivered USPS, which does not deliver to my address, and was returned to sender. I have reached out multiple times and no one has responded to my emails or returned my phone call.
