ALeHorn Should Evaluate Their Sales Priorities
AleHorn marketing techniques are unkind and inconsiderate to the consumer. Last-minute deals offered (pop-ups) just when one is trying to complete an order...more than one. A constant barrage of marketing emails... when my wife ordered an AleHorn product, AleHorn mistakenly listed the intended recipient's address also as the billing address. When she tried to contact AleHorn via 3 different ways - email, Facebook D.M. and cell phone - she could not make direct contact with a representative at all, and, during those attempts to get help, experienced more pop-up ads. The situation never was corrected (see order # 73631 Julie Pagan). She is an unhappy customer with an unresolved issue. AleHorn goes so hard on the follow-up emails that I had them marked as SPAM . . yet, this one reached my inbox; that is why I am responding. Why can't you practice TRUE customer service, which includes respect and kindness toward your consumers. Who ever is reading this should take it up the ladder until it reaches someone who has the authority to truly do something to make difference. Alehorn talks a big talk with a lot of energy and "positive" hype, but, pounding an online shopper with pop-ups, last-minute offers and relentless follow-up emails is beyond annoying. To begin I saw an advertisement for AleHorn mugs on Facebook and thought it would be a great idea for a Christmas present for a family member. I ordered two coffee mugs and a surprise horn, which was a smaller drinking horn. Upon receiving the horns they were wrapped and placed under our tree until Christmas. Christmas morning the horns were given to family members who loved them, until we discovered that one of the horns had a pin sized hole in the mug and leaked it contents. No big deal, Ill just contact Ale Horn and see if they can help us out with a replacement or a refund. This began a long trail of unanswered phone calls and emails to the company, as well as attempts on social media to contact Ale Horn. I have yet been able to talk to anyone, nor has anyone returned any of my calls, emails, or messages. I have however received countless advertisements and adds from the company attempting to get me to purchase more items. I hope that this review reaches someone with the company so they can see our displeasure with their customer service.
