I had t translate the poor Chinese instructions . I believe that 200* C converted to 492*F might be too high . The machine works great at 380*F max. which won’t cook too fast and burn the waffle

Had a small issue with the waffle iron I got being dented in shipping but no fault of the company as it was packed really well. They made sure to communicate clearly and resolve the matter so we were all happy. I’m fact ordered another and glad I did. The double waffle iron makes fast beautiful waffles. We now have 3 of them 2 doubles and a single for our food truck . Fast and perfectly made on 250 for only 2 minutes

I bought the 7 tier and was somewhat nervous about it, but it worked for us and it looked beautiful, I love it!! It’s easy to operate and easy to clean it up!!

Great experience from initial purchase to delivery. The chocolate melter is a nice addition to my culinary tools. It does a good job of melting and holding temperature with no hassle.
