Love the machine. The mix price is insane. Won't buy that again. Box arrived damage and foam was all busted but machine was fine.

I bought a used waffle maker that needed parts. The replacement parts were well described and worked perfectly. Delivery was 100% satisfactory. Was happy with cost of parts.

The waffle dog machine is great, the bubble waffle maker is a bit wobbly and the wire shielding was loose and had to be fixed before we used it. It does cook well just feels unstable and hard to flip. Handles could use a latch to keep them tight together.

I just received the chocolate temperer and I am excited to try it out! The reason for the 3 star review is that there was almost no communication or updates past the time of purchase. I could see the item shipped but there was no time frame for delivery until the end when it said delivery for the 23rd or March. I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up on the 21st of March.

Customer service is absolutely AMAZING!! My griddle works like new!! Highly recommend

I had t translate the poor Chinese instructions . I believe that 200* C converted to 492*F might be too high . The machine works great at 380*F max. which won’t cook too fast and burn the waffle
