Great service always thing how customer get the plan healthy . Just allot take long

Bad customer service. Not reliable

The rear of the shake machine is full of busted concrete from where it was used in place of components that would add weight and secure the motor and mount inside. The broken concrete caused the machine to jump all around when in use and concrete powder emitted from every crevice. I would not recommend and would not buy again. Concrete inside a commercial machine should NEVER be used

Ordered a refurbished choc fountain for my daughters 3rd bday party. Website GUARANTEES refurbished unit to be unused and in perfect working condition. Unit I received had used chocolate, oil and dirt on most parts, and smoked when I turned it on. They clearly did not even open the package when the last person returned it. They agreed to take the unit back but wouldn't pay for shipping ($65) What good is a guarantee if you don't stand by it? I would not have bought the unit if not for the guarantee. There are better companies to order from for these types of supplies. The customer service here is AWFUL!!! Takes days to respond and copy/paste the same message

Still have not got my order its been a month and a half not happy at all wanted a refund its a joke

No help at all.

Still waiting for my Taiyaki maker. I can't get in touch with anyone. This feels very scammy!

The machine works, but they don't cook at the same rate even though they are set at the same temp.

I had bought a deep fryer in 2020 with your company & I loved it! When it broke I ordered the same one. I like it but I was disappointed because its not the same quality. The material its made of is very flimsy. I actually kept my old lid instead of using the new one. The basket in higher that the old one & that means that you cannot put the lid on without taking the handle off. I was disappointed!

I received my taiyaki machine and it was slightly damaged but keeping in mind it travelled through several hands before getting to me. The box was roughed up and the styrofoam m was in tiny pieces. The machine however works great! I love it!

So far the machine works great. Shipped in a solid secure package.

Enjoy this chocolate melter for smaller chocolate creations. Its perfect when you need a smaller batch chocolates . also its really easy to use. And the clean up not time consuming

Very well constructed and design interesting. ALD is about the only company that has such a large variety of cooking equipment . Very much recommended. Tayaki

After a few tries the cones came out perfect. Very happy with it.

Perfect for homemade desserts, cones hold their shape.

The cones turned out great on the first try.

Other tools didn’t work, but this one does.

Solid, smooth wood, easy to clean. Kids love using it and the cones come out great every time.
