The tracking system was not the most accurate but otherwise everything went smoothly.

My experience was great . Quick and easy set up . The workers was nice and gentle with my couch , they set it up and moved it where I wanted it I had no problems . I love my couch . ! It's comfortable and very much worth my money I spent on it . Thanks you guys

cant give rate this product as of yet , after ordering it took Fedex 3 weeks to deliver and when we got it , the product was broken up. sent photos to the American furniture outlet for reorder have not got Email back yet with tracking number. i hope this one being replaced not be broken i wanted to order another one like this one but not sure because i have not enjoyed this one yet would like to have two of them we will see for later. . .

The couch came super fast and it was delivered right to our door! Great customer service.

Shipping was delayed but the staff was transparent and honest any time we reached out. We ordered the sectional October 6th and delivery was set to December 20th (no fault of their own simply due to availability of the sectional) but exceeded expectations and delivered it December 6th. Would recommend them to anyone
