A bit unsure as I am a first time buyer. I ordered a marble top coffee table and 2 matching side tables. They were packed very well. And so easy to put together, my special needs son, assembled them all with minimal direction. They had the best price as well. And the pieces are beautiful. I'm thrilled!

I need to talk to customer service about my product(lamp). . my product was damaged the lamp itself had a chip on the outside of the lamp and the lamp cover was torn

I emailed you A week after I bought The chair while I was waiting for delivery That you lowered your price by 25 dollars and were you going to honor that. And as I figured you never got back with me. Not very good customer service or communication on your part.

It’s huge for an ottoman but it does say OVERSIZED so it’s definitely that…a nice plushy oversized ottoman! Looks Just like pic…
