American Furniture Outlet exceeded my expectations! I went into the Ashley store and found the couch I wanted. Then I ordered it online from AFO saving myself close to 800 dollars and delivery took 1 week. Very pleased!!

It’s huge for an ottoman but it does say OVERSIZED so it’s definitely that…a nice plushy oversized ottoman! Looks Just like pic…

Little smaller than I wanted, but it’s my fault bc I didn’t pay attention to measurements! The color is perfect. It’s comfortable, soft, arrived on the day expected and commutation was amazing!

We received incomplete item with missing frame legs and screatches. Contacted customer service and reported the issue. Customer service rep told us that Ashley furniture will contact us but it has been almost a week and noone contacted us.

I have NOT received my mattress. You need to send my mattress ASAP.
