Very pleased with American furniture outlet. The product came to so much less than had. I gone through another vendor. The delivery people were pretty awesome, and the sofa was available to be delivered much earlier than anticipated.

Fast shipping and item arrived without any blemishes!

Service was fantastic. Furniture not so much. Within the first week the pillow seams came apart, I sewed them back together. No biggie right? Well by month four holes in the ottoman from wear and tear and the seam in the couch cushion is splitting. Six months in both 500 dollar ottomans are trash and the couch is literally falling apart at the seams. Really wanted to believe in this company, really learned the hard way. Sadly didn’t buy the furniture protection because I never have in my life. I don’t expect much from modern garbage so every five years it’s new couch time. However with that said, less then three months of it lasting is a new low. Lesson learned. Be careful out there, $3500 mistake!

After unpacking the well packed loveseat , I was in amazement that this loveseat was exactly as described. It is well made, and firm,, but comfortable. It supports the back well. I am pleased with this purchase.
