Low quality India manufacturing tolerances leave much to be desired would not assemble without modification 🤷

After unpacking the well packed loveseat , I was in amazement that this loveseat was exactly as described. It is well made, and firm,, but comfortable. It supports the back well. I am pleased with this purchase.

Severely disappointed, I received my footboard broken last week. I emailed them immediately; sent pics and was told they are “working on it”. It’s tough to get someone on the phone, I had to DM them on Instagram to get a response. It’s been 6 days and I haven’t heard nothing from them! It could be on FedEx end but I want this footboard picked up gone and my refund immediately!!!!

Delivery took about two weeks and it was delivered to our front door. We love this comfy stylish sectional and so glad we shopped with AFO as they offered the best pricing!

I am waiting for an answer for a small issue with the table but the customer service and everyone I spoke with is super polite and helpful! I will make all my furniture purchases through American furniture outlet. The employees are superb.

I am very disappointed that my delivery took almost 3 whole weeks and to top it off, the delivery did not include setup, which I was not aware of.

My furniture came on time. I was kept aware of their arrival via text. Two men came and set it all up within 30 minutes. Very nice and very professional. I would definitely use them again. You should too

Online purchase fine, however delivery could have been better. Driver just brought sofa in , removed none of the plastic and wrapping nor put put bottoms on the sofa !
