You guys have great products and great customer service I am very satisfied

I really love the concept of ADSR and support it completely - but sometimes I find it quite hard to just 'dive in' as there are a lot of different courses, of different levels, and calibres, with not much separating them. I think it would be great if the courses were packaged together a bit differently.

hi sorry to bug you with this... I'm really frustrated with the sounds I bought its supposed to work with maschine studio I just bought this about 3 months ago comes with massive along with other full versions too they don't work no sounds to make beats or instruments to make music no 99 pre sets for massive didn't work none of the ones I bought worked or it has like 8 loops no sounds to make beats with ????? why when I bought sounds from native instruments it loaded flawless with all drum kits n instruments too ready to use and real easy to find ... can I just get my money back like your guaranteed says I'm just so pissed I spent total $100 and didn't get no sounds you guys should have all the maschine studio sounds n kits n instruments all together so you can click on the maschine you use ?? just putting it out there to help your customers thanks Greg Morales

So far I'm really enjoying the courses, a few nights ago I watched the Echoplex masterclass which was fantastic, it really got me thinking about production in a whole new way. I'd really like to see more from Echoplex and courses on things like Techno sound design. The main problem I have when producing is finding that sound that's in my head, I guess I'm probably not alone on this one. Anyways fantastic work and keep it up :)

I love your products but the website it's got some issues like when I scroll down it jumps back to the top and glitches and sometimes it doesn't play the samples when I want to listen to them other than that I love the sounds and sometime I have download issues but they've been working fine lately

When I discover this website I wasn't very sure about it but from Christmas, with the 12 days of sales, I can't stop to buy sounds packs, some of them are so amazing and they already helped me a lot with my productions. So keep up this great work ADSR Team.

I ordered snake lasers, only maybe 10 sounds worked from the pack and the rest just came up as error messsges. The team was helpful, team sent me a video how to trouble shoot. It was an extensive process in which I didn't have time for. When I asked just to have a refund, as they promise a 30 day no questions asked full refund. It was a very difficult process to get them to give me the refund. They first said I couldn't have it, then they said store credit. So I had to keep pushing for the refund that they said they would give. This interaction has made me nervous about purchasing more products as I'm now worried if they'll even work and if they don't I'm nervous about dealing with customer service.

Always fantastic tutorials and sound packs. Highly recommended!

unless you are highly dialed in and can figure things out, check out some people who know how things work. there are few sources of higher learning at this level (and price).

I joined the site for the amount of tutorials you have. I have a very fast internet connection but I often have trouble getting a good stream from your site. I also do not like having to back out of a tutorial and find the next one. I am not sure if this a browser or settings thing but If I am doing a course that has 50 lessons and I am on page 3 of 4 in the middle when my lesson ends I have to back all the way out and find my place. It also does not keep track of what lessons I have done. It should keep track and allow you to pick up where you left off. Other than that the content is good so far and I have no complaints on the instruction. I am currently trying to learn Ableton and the amount of infomation you have is incredible.
