My download links had expired, and someone was able to refresh the links in a timely manner so that I could download products I had purchased previously without an account. They were also able to add my previous purchases to my new account so that I could access them via login - very convenient.

Until now I've got two purchases with ADSR Sounds. The value for money is incredible and support team has acted very professional.

ADSR is my go to place for Massive &a Serum presets! I have no idea how to make simple sounds nevermind complex ones, so it's nice to have somewhere to purchase perfect quality for very cheap prices! :) Thank you! P.s if you could do a sylenth1 pack in the style of Martin Garrix (his chords, plucks, even snare rolls) just like chainsmoking etc. That would be perfect!

I like your products, but I now remember why I made a conscious effort to stop purchasing from you. Because once you get ahold of an email address, you go absolutely NUTS with the marketing. "Welcome to ADSR." "You left items in your basket." "General email…" "Quick! Grab a discount on your next purchase!" I mean, really folks, it’s insane. And it’s off-putting to the point where I don’t even want to purchase from you (which is why I stopped after my first purchase, years ago). Again, great products, but you’re so over-the-top with email that it makes me never want to purchase anything from you at all. Just being honest, since you asked.
