Chunky well made wooden table ,great heavy piece . Was missing base leg posts but was soon rectified when contacted the supplier

The bench is lovely...full of character and very rustic. It took longer to actually get it than I thought it would, but that doesn't matter now it's here!

We wanted to add to our collection of Rustic shelves for our kitchen previously purchased from Acumen. Again Michael and Karen service and quality products were outstanding. We went on to order shelving for our stairwell, which once up will look amazing. Can’t recommend Acumen highly enough.

Acumens web site and payment process was very easy to navigate. Delivery was good and trackable and within the original expected delivery date. Although, when checking if all pieces where there, found I had a couple missing. Quick email to Acumen and they despatched the missing items, however, they sent the wrong size items so had to send another email. Finally got the right items and all shelving units up and in use. Certainly cannot fault Acumens customer service, so thank you Karen for you assistance. Definitely would recommend using Acumen as they have something different from normal shop brought items.

I ordered 2 shelves with brackets. After a 3 week wait I received my shelves which is ok delays can be expected. There was a couple of issues I wasn’t happy with but after speaking to a lovely understanding lady called Karen the issues were solved and replacements arrived about 3 days later, before even returning the original ones. Communication is impeccable with acumen. Customer service also brilliant and products good quality. Would recommend. But above all Karen is an asset to the company.
