Ordering via the website was very straightforward. I received confirmation of the order, but no date for delivery. Then I heard nothing, so I was concerned that I had been scammed (there are so many fake websites these days). So I called customer service, and the person I spoke with said I would be notified when the shelves were ready to be delivered. This was nearly a month later. Maybe you could give customers an idea of the timescale, as some sort of reassurance.

First purchase will definitely come back for bigger items when we move house
