Shipping took time but it was worth the wait. I was kept informed all the way along and it arrived well packaged

Excellent all round

Excellent

Loving my dinky little stool ❤️which I’m using in my living room for the time being Have not used the rest bath shelf yet A little too conscious of the lack of rainfall we’ve had this year 🥲

took a little longer to arrive than expected....but was worth the wait!

Great service

Arrived well packaged with all the appropriate fixings. Lovely grain to the wood and looks great in place. Whole experience was easy and I have just the product I expected and wanted

I received my stool but realised I ordereded the wrong size, so got in touch and asked if I could exchange it yes no problem I did have to pay £10 postage the small stool was collected and the larger one was delivered. Wonderful service.

Ordered small, medium and large stools. Arrived in good order. Product was exactly as expected. Couldn't be happier. Will happily use Acumen again.

I am still waiting for the shelves I ordered weeks ago.

Still have not received item after 6 weeks

There were some initial delays but this was communicated and I was happy to wait.

Really happy with my purchase of floating shelves. The quality is outstanding. Shelves were easy to put up and add a warm, homely feel to my living space

Fast delivery for cleaner.

Was great

Good choice of colours.

Great lampshade beautiful quality

I am mostly pleased with my dining table. I did not at the time of ordering understand the extensions have to be taken off and screwed back on every time I want to use them. This is difficult for me, but I don’t want the table extended for everyday use. Clearer information would have been appreciated.
