Excellent service

Great product. Works well. Doesn’t completely block out noise but more than enough for me. I use for sleeping mainly and definitely helps me. Very comfortable in my ears. Boots did a great job at the fitting process. Took about 6 weeks to deliver but I knew that when I bought them. The lady I spoke to at the company was also really helpful.

ACS was very good at supplying the product. It arrived quickly and well packaged. But I found these particular ear defenders did block the sound more than I expected. Which was a bit of a disappointment.

I ordered the Sleep Sound earplugs to help me sleep during the day after finishing my night shifts. They have definitely made a massive difference blocking out day to day noises that were previously waking me up. They are also comfortable to sleep in and come in a handy little bag. The service from ACS was really good. I was able to easily organise the moulding of my ear canals with Boots and they sent the impressions off to ACS from there. Once they received the moulds I got an email alert and was told it would take approx 3-4 weeks for the ear plugs to be made. On the 4th week I got an email to say they were on the way so I received them within the stated time frame. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for bespoke ear plugs.

From start to finish the process was spot on. Initial email enquiry was answered quickly, impressions arranged and completed promptly. ACS confirmed they had received them and when I could expect the completed in-ear monitors which arrived in that time. The sound quality is good and the fit is comfortable - once I’d worked out which was the left and which was the right. A written guide would have helped - red=right, blue=left. I’m now set for a 10 day motorcycle tour of France with good sounds and comfortable ears. 👍

Great until you try to change the filters. Be prepared for bruised thumbs and worries about compromised performance.

Currently still awaiting order 2 months later. Limited comms about why. Had to call the impressions taker to chase, and had 1 email since that confirmed, a whole month down the line, that they are with them. It is a month after this and still heard nothing. Waiting in hope that they materialise and are of the quality the company is reputed for. Can understand with custom orders that it's not exactly Amazon Prime. Still, 2 months plus with limited follow-up seems a bit off. . .

I was unable to find a local business to take impressions (everyone on the ACS list was unable to do it for a variety of reasons. ) I contacted ACS about this and received no reply. Also, once the earplugs were paid for, there was no follow up despite not getting the products made.
