From you receiving my impressions to getting them delivered was about 3 weeks. Once I got the notification that they were done they came the next day.

Great product, fast delivery

A very seamless experience from ordering, custom ear moulding at my local optician and integration of the optician with ACS. The timeline was transparent and acceptable and I will be recommending ACS to others without hesitation.

The whole process was simple and very worthwhile, can't recommend them more highly!

Great delivery and nice container

The service I received was really good start to finish. I ordered on an express service and my order was delivered promptly within this timeframe. The In Ears themselves are really comfortable, they really minimise background noise, and have stopped my ears from ringing at the end of a night. They are really clear and I like the sound quality. They arrived in a lovely and professional box with everything you need to look after them. Very pleased with them and the service I received.

Hurts to wear for side sleepers

I bought the custom Pro17 ear plugs. The whole process from having the impressions taken at ACS in London through to delivery was effortless, the guys were really knowledgeable & helpful. The ear plugs work really well, the flat response means music sounds exactly as it should, just quieter. Would definitely recommend.

great stuff, got the 17s and pro block filters for 5 pound along side. think this isa good combo for anyone in live sound/ small gigs that also likes going to fat soundsytem parties / festivals, where 17 might not be enough reduction

The time to get the earpieces was quicker than I expected less than 4 weeks. They fit really well but I didn't find the diagrams that came with the instructions very useful.

Every step of having the customer in ears made was explained well. There was regular contact by email explaining next steps with having ear impressions taken, construction of the product, and delivery details. The website is very easy to navigate, making the ordering process smooth.
