Disappointed with the level of protection provided by these. My ears were ring quite badly after a concert which was under 100db. When I talked to support before purchasing them I was advised 17db would provide good protection but I expressed my reservations and they simply do not provide sufficient protection. Now I have the hassle of returning hem and trying 26db instead. These may be too much. Will have to see. I accept everybody is different and tehse might be okay for some people. Clearly the product is well made and packaged.

I’m a drummer and my covers band (8 piece) all use in ears and have no amps on stage. These evolve in ear monitors gave me such a rich, warm sound. I use a Yamaha EAD10 to mic the drums and I could hear everything really clearing and made the gig really enjoyable. You don’t need volume up loud so it was comfortable for a 2 hour gig. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect when inserting my plugs and always arrives swiftly.

While they are a decent fit they’re uncomfortable to wear through the night. In my opinion the Sleep Sound product also does not block enough sound. I was after a total block and this product does not offer that. Ordered on 28/08/2025 and they finally arrived on 29/10/2025 which is way too long. Overall I’m pretty disappointed which is a shame because I had high hopes.

Well priced and arrived on time; the delivery was as expected and the product was as expected. I will it again.

They were very slow to dispatch, but I think something went wrong with my order - I requested using my previous ear impressions but didn’t specify it properly.

Hardly any protection from loud music at an event. They may have been the wrong size for my ears but these were useless. Had to resort to using some foam plugs. Terrible.

It’s been over two months and they’re still not here. I’m sure they’re great but if they haven’t arrived I can’t review them

As a metal musician who is constantly headbanging and running around on stage, these earplugs fit so well and the sound dampening is perfect, no slip.

Great product, supplied quickly!

The products are of good quality — I purchased both the in-ear monitors and earplugs, and overall, they perform well. However, I’ve had some issues with the earplugs specifically. I ordered them without the optional grip, as I was advised it wasn’t necessary. But in my experience, the grip is actually essential. Without it, removing the earplugs is quite difficult and frustrating, especially during rehearsals or soundchecks when I need to quickly take them out to speak with a technician or other musicians. Unfortunately, when I reached out to customer service for help, I didn’t receive much support. The response was minimal, and I was basically told there was nothing that could be done. I also had to follow up multiple times just to get a reply. Considering this is custom-made gear, I think it’s very important for customer service to be more responsive and better at guiding customers through their choices before purchase — because once it’s done, there’s no going back. Again, the products themselves are good, but the service experience definitely needs improvement.

Brilliant service and helpful phone

I've been using ACS to supply custom earplugs for motorcycle use for over 20 years and both their service and their products are first-class. They're always easy to deal with and since they keep a digital scan library they can manufacture replacement earplugs without a new impression - great if you lose one!

They fit perfectly, worth the extra trip to get moulds done. They are leagues ahead of non fitted ear defence, even those with filters. Great for saxophone and slightly less ‘in head’ resonance when playing compared to normal earplugs. Took a while to arrive, but worth it. If I were to get them done again I would take sax mouthpiece and hold in mouth when getting moulds done, as read this gives an even better fit, but cannot verify this personally
