My second pair of ACS customs - went for an upgrade with the three drivers. Isolation is fantastic, sound quality is nice and clear with plenty of space for a full band mix. I also enjoyed the extra colours, going for the opaque orange. Thanks for all the help, it was a smooth process. 4 weeks and my earphones were delivered. Always will recommend ACS IEMs. Cheers

These are simple and you don’t know they are there whilst they are doing their job perfectly

Really happy with the replacement tip, arrived really fast just before i was due to fly out for a gig! The team were super helpful ensuring it would arrive on time.

Good costumer service

Great products, shipping is quite fast too

Shipping was timely once the final moulds were completed

I adore these so much and am so glad that i made the decision to get them! The clarity they offer is incredible and they make live music sound so much better while protecting the ears. They're also incredibly comfortable and secure in a way no universal solution comes close to. I had my impressions done that the ACS office in King's Cross and was treated wonderfully the entire time, and the gentleman very kindly explained every step and answered all of my questions. Easily one of the best investments i've made, I highly recommend!

I needed some replacements for my old Ultimate Ears 4 that had broken. Extremely happy with the fit and overall sound quality. As they are made of silicon as opposed to acrylic, the fit is brilliant. I currently play guitar and bass and they have coped perfectly. Would happily recommend.

Two weeks turnaround as claimed by ACS was spot on.

Excellent customer service. There was a complication due to impending holiday and an unsuccessful impression but the matter was resolved with speed, pragmatism and very professional

Fantastic service and quick turnaround, recommended to me from artists I tour with, 10/10 all around

Expensive but excellent sound quality and fit

Fast shipping, excellent customer service

Sadly my very old ACS Evokes eventually gave up on me after many shows , but I knew I would go back for more. The new Engage pair are an even better fit and should keep me going for another decade. Thank you!

Great product, comfy as, sound great!

Quick response to a question and prompt delivery

Perfect. Great ear protection. Super friendly people at ACS and speedy delivery.

I was a bit sceptical about spending this much for some ear plugs but I've no regrets now. You get what you pay for and that is a trip to an aural specialist who makes custom impressions of your ear and sends them to ACS who make very high quality ear plugs that really do the job very well indeed. My only regret - not buying them years ago!! Fantastic product that does exactly what it says on the tin. I work at an airport and regularly walk right next to large aircraft with their bleed air running - one the highest volume and worst noises you might be exposed to and these do the job perfectly. Obviously highly recommended.

Effective and comfortable. Easy to order and book appointment for fitting. Expeditious delivery. Friendly (real person) customer service.

Fast, informative and flexible.
