I had multiple interactions with CS. My final contact and purchase was with Cameron. My Kubota GL 11000 was delivered to FL 6 days later. My electrician had my outlet(inlet) box and panel lockout done and arrived to do the startup and demo the operation. He was so impressed with the load capacity. . . started with the 4 ton house a/c which easily ran and not an rpm dip nor any fading of lighting in garage. Hands down the best service from the point of sale all the way through pickup of the product. Every person I spoke to was helpful and friendly. I was encouraged to park inside a heated shop to get loaded and secure my generator on a bitterly cold day. It is the small details that were never overlooked. I look forward to working with Absolute Generators in the near future. I do not leave reviews on the regular but I truly believe this company went above and beyond with customer service provided and felt compelled to leave a review.
