Delivery of our generator was as promised. We called about a replacement for our meter control and the service person actually went out and measured it , to make sure it would fit. Great service department.

Commumnication with Absolute Generators was excellent. Off grid in a very private location and delivery went very smoothly. Very impressed with our new generator. I would definetly recommend Absolute Generator for anyone in need of good service and a quality product.

So my Onan 5500 died in my motorhome, too bad for me. I called the local factory dealer here in Ma. And they couldn’t have been less helpful. I got incorrect info, and listened to then telling me they couldn’t have been not install a new unit as they didn’t have the skill. What!!! Well I finally found Absolute Generator and Cameron. Finally someone that knows what he’s talking about, very helpful. I must have called 4/5 times trying to understand it all, and today I purchased my new Onan. I can’t believe I had to go all the way to Iowa, bit I’m happy I did. My old one was 24 years old so I can’t complain
