The customer service I have received has been fine. I have not used the generator yet so I cannot address it's performance. I am extremely disappointed with the 480V Connector Kit. It would be a very little trouble to have a plug many times improved.

Brandon and his crew installed a diesel stand by generator for our house and completed the project in two days. This includes a 100 Amp sub panel ATS, and remote start module on the generator. The Gollery crew was on time, communicated every step and left the work site clean. Nice to know we have a go to electrical company that is local
