I was a little skeptical after ordering. Received an email that the order was received and that it could take up to 2-weeks to process. And was told that when shipped I’d receive a tracking number. After 3-weeks I didn’t hear anything. I called and was told to it had been shipped. I questioned not being notified and was told that they had tried to call me. A simple email would have been great especially with all of the scammers out there! In the end everything turned out great! Great price and quality!

Absolute generators was very knowledgeable. The rep was able to get me the generator I need at a good price and quick shipping. Will order from again.

Outstanding service and follow through. Sales person was upfront and realistic about pricing, shipping and delivery times. Generator arrived when expected and at a fair price.

Exact product I needed thanks!

Its refreshing to work with someone that really know their product. Very happy with my experience.

Fast and no problems. Returned call and shipped promptly. Thank you

Thank you for your excellent service and attention. Josh Gordon was very helpful and responsive throughout the process, and we truly appreciated his assistance with all of our questions.

Made me feel like I was their only customer even when they were slammed with orders! Everybody worked together and did what they said they were going to do. Got me my unit before it was promised. Everybody I talked to was very knowledgeable. Scott went above and beyond! Couldn’t be more happy. Will never buy anything they sell from any other company!
