The customer service I have received has been fine. I have not used the generator yet so I cannot address it's performance. I am extremely disappointed with the 480V Connector Kit. It would be a very little trouble to have a plug many times improved.

Brandon and his crew installed a diesel stand by generator for our house and completed the project in two days. This includes a 100 Amp sub panel ATS, and remote start module on the generator. Called and placed an order over the phone after getting some questions answered. He was super helpful. Told him I needed it ASAP and I literally had my generator in two days.

They price matched an ad I found on line. When I installed the Onan 4000 it ran hot upon start up. I requested a ceramic gasket that went in exhaust line between motor and muffler. I did replace and the ID of the new gasket was definitely larger. The unit is running well at this point

These guys deserve a 5 star review as they went above and beyond to get a new Generator out the door as they detected my urgency. Im giving them a 4 as the trucking shipping company fell short, which really has nothing to do with them except their choice in shipping companies. My generator arrived 3 days later than originally indicated - all due to what is normal delays in shipping companies these days.
