These guys deserve a 5 star review as they went above and beyond to get a new Generator out the door as they detected my urgency. Im giving them a 4 as the trucking shipping company fell short, which really has nothing to do with them except their choice in shipping companies. My generator arrived 3 days later than originally indicated - all due to what is normal delays in shipping companies these days.

Avery was very helpful in answering my questions on the tune up kit. Unfortunately the kit was delivered without the spark plug causing me to do the tune up work twice, no fault of Avery but an inconvenience. My generator is located underneath my Promaster van.

Recently ordered an Onan 12. 5 Generator that we needed for a rush project. The order process was smooth and the sales advisor was excellent and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the unit was damaged in transit, totally the trucking companies fault. The packaging was clearly marked do not stack, but that was ignored. We called Absolute after noticing the damage and they took it from there. They followed through and shipped the replacement part overnight, and a few weeks later shipped a dented cover part that was on back order. All in all, I can highly recommend Absolute. Anyone can provide a part, but when something goes wrong as it did in my case, they resolved the issue quickly, without any reservation.

Love the generator, but the salesperson was polite and, giving him the benefit of the doubt, was also clueless. Replacing the Cummins-Onan QG-4000 unit with the 4000i was not a simple two-hour swap-out as I was told. The exhaust is at the opposite end of the chassis. When I inquired with the sales rep, I was told the the original exhaust could be used. Not the case. The cradle frame also needed to be modified. The shop I use only charged me for six-hours of labor, but they had more like ten into the project. I had to call the manufacturer to get the straight scoop. However, the generator is quieter and more fuel-efficient since the engine speed is dependent on the electrical load (vice being constant speed). I would buy from Absolute Generators again. The shipping speed was spot-on and I did not mind that it was a ten-hour job, but getting the two-hour swap story was really irksome. Otherwise this would be a 5-star review. Don't try to bulls**t your customers.

Absolute Generator service has been amazing. I purchased a Kubota Lowboy II Diesel Generator - GL11000 from them. They installed a two-wire remote start module on it, test ran it before shipment and packed it professionally. When I received it, it was ready to start up and run. Had some technical questions after receipt and Josh Gordon had the answers and emailed me reference materials to my questions. In these days of poor customer service, it was truly refreshing to experience a purchase with quality service backup. GREAT COMPANY!
