Whilst they may be a new business, i'm very disappointed in their service. I ordered my product 2 weeks ago and nobody knows where it is. I'm on a tight timeline to furnish a rental property and this has impacted that process. Still waiting. . . . .

I purchased 2 chairs. After 2 weeks my husband sat in one of them and cracked, I am very pleased wasn't any injury. I did contact Anode haven , by phone and email, still waiting for my refund. They offered me $164 for one of the chairs (paid $203,) I don't wanted to keep any of the 2 chairs I not prepared to put anyone at risk when they come to my house. After several emails . . . . . the last one was: we will give you an answer asap. Strongly suggest to think about it if you think to purchase anything from this company.
