Experience was ok. I didn't know that the Orbit Rower/bike was actually coming from Orbit themselves. This was a bit confusing as to where the product coming from & who was updating delivery information. It also makes for longer delivery times.

I bought two armchairs from this company and there was a problem with one of the chair and one of its arm was crooked. I would recommend not ordering big furniture from them because1) they are resellers… if there is a problem with your product; they wouldn’t accommodate you. 2) their shipping was around 250 for Sydney. Most companies have max 110. God forbid if you choose the option click and collect they ll probably sell you their damaged goods because their prices were too good to be true. Beware on that front. 3) the product their armchair came in had zero protective packaging only game covered in a dust bag kind of material. So if you click and collect to avoid horrendous shipping cost and the furniture gets damaged even on their front ; it’s not their problem. Buy directly from the source. I would rather spend few bucks more than having to deal with company like theirs
