We bought the Bench Net - White / No Pad. It arrived within the delivery time frame given. Communication from delivery was very good. An actual delivery time was stated and the driver confirmed and arrived right on time. The price was cheaper than any other site I had viewed.

I purchased a floor lamp from Abode Haven. Although it was my first time buying from them, unfortunately, the product arrived defective and damaged, so I had to request an exchange. The customer service team was very friendly, and processing the exchange itself was quick and hassle-free. ​However, because this company operates as a reseller that forwards orders directly to their supplier, the process took some time. They had to request the exchange from the supplier first, and once approved, the item was shipped directly from there. It took longer to receive the replacement than original order. This wait was a bit inconvenient, but overall, I am satisfied with my experience, and the price of the product was reasonable too.

Experience was ok. I didn't know that the Orbit Rower/bike was actually coming from Orbit themselves. This was a bit confusing as to where the product coming from & who was updating delivery information. It also makes for longer delivery times.
