My wife, Amy, is an alumnus of PCC. When we started homeschooling our children, teaching our little ones to read felt like quite the undertaking. We wanted a solid foundation here as it’s essentially where learning begins. She is a former classroom teacher and she knew ABeka was the key to success in that area. Our five young children soared through reading while using your program while many friends struggled teaching their preschoolers and kindergarteners the foundational concepts. These essential building blocks helped not only develop a love for reading, but it created a deep knowledge of the English language and therefore taught how to apply grammar seamlessly. Our oldest is a freshman at Pensacola Christian college and has a strong A in her English class. Writing papers have come naturally for her too. Thank you for being there in the beginning. We appreciate ABeka for wisely creating those building blocks, which we would reach for each new school grade.

We are loving Abeka homeschool. We love the Bible based curriculum and how everything alines. It is quite advanced and not for everyone but my 5 year old is doing the first grade this year and already making huge growth in her reading and writing skills!

I absolutely love Abeka’s teaching charts! I wish they had more games for the home students on line like they have for the students in the videos, but every teaching aid I have purchased from Abeka is top quality, kid friendly and easy to use!

The details for the PowerPoint presentations for Old World History is quite vague. While you have a short preview it’s unclear whether unlabeled maps are included. You get sooooooooooo much more! I believe the description should be modified to include that there are PDFs of the maps both labeled and unlabeled. It is worth the price!
