I purchased several 3 pans two have been great. the surface flaked off one pan. I sent in all the photos to the warranty department. They got back to me and informed me that they would give me a 30% discount on a new pan. I told them to keep there 30% because the pan i have is unusable due to flakes of pan in food. never buy one again
