Ordering was easy. I appreciated being able to call in and speak with someone with questions. Good service and no complaints. Of course I love my pans as well. I love the nonstick coating and I’m happy that I’m not getting bad chemicals in my food.

This is a gift for my son and his wife. I do not believe it has been received yet as I was unable to ship to Minnesota where we are both located. He has studied your website and he hasn’t told me “I don’t want it” yet- this is a very good sign from him! I will let you know when I know.

I purchased a hard anodized stock pot. I followed all care instructions, but after a few years the nonstick coating had partially rubbed off, and the exterior coating was destroyed. It's hard to explain, but it was no longer smooth. The outer coating became extremely rough to the touch. Both coatings failed, but my warranty claim was denied. I will replace with Calphalon or Circulon. Both brands last, and they stand by their warranties.

Just disappointed in the 9 inch pan that was suppose to be an 8 inch one.

I am really disappointed in your product. I bought several of your pans for my wife an avid cooker and has been sung same pans since our marriage 35 years ago, and she loved them initially, I got 1 wrong size, and you would not exchange it without a big hassle, Problem 1 then after about 6 months the pans started chipping around the edges after reading your warranty, I realized you were not going to cover but blame using them as the problem (no metal utensils, got too hot, you know basic cooking and cleaning is not covered) I am not able to recommend at all or will I ever but another.

I have used the pot four times. I wash it with warm soap and water but it has this ring around the bottom that is white like it won’t come clean.

Love the pan, but I didn’t receive the felt protective pad with the company logo on it.
