The glass lid shattered during shipping, unfortunately, but Swiss Diamond made the exchange very easy. After I sent it back, I received the replacement in less than a week.

The 4. 3 qt is a great flexible size for cooking for two or expanding to 4 or 6 when we have friends over. Heats and maintains heat very well for stews and sautés with no need to crank it up. Medium or lower works well for most things. Pan seared rib eyes with a butter herb garlic finish perfectly at between medium and medium high heat. A little heavier than the last one but still way better than cast iron and cleans up very easily. Ordered the 3. 8 at first also and sending it back was easy. Recommend highly.

Lucky for me that Swiss Diamond has a lifetime guarantee because of the two griddles (one flat and one with ribs) I bought within months of each other 4 years ago, the finish of the flat one wore off completely. I am totally happy with the second one. But back to the first one. It took nearly a month of back and forth with the Swiss Diamond warranty department before they would replace my griddle. They asked for proof of purchase twice, even though I bought it directly from them - and I gave them the order number. So 2 points off for jerking me around on their warranty. I hope I have better luck with the replacement.

Swiss Diamond provided top quality cookware. We've used them for years and will continue to use them. They even provide easy cleanup long after the cookware sits on the stove to cool down.

I’ve been using Swiss Diamond frying pans for years. This is a replacement.

Finding a good non-stick pan for an induction cooktop is difficult. Finding one that is PFA free is nearly impossible. The Swiss Diamond PFA Fry Pan is wonderful. We only have one of these pans in our household and we fight over who gets to use it. It is that good!
