Easy ordering no hassles waitn on order

Terrible customer service and impossible to get in touch with.

I ordered a part and the following day I received an email that it was out of stock OR UNAVAILABLE!!! Now I have to WAIT 3-5 days for refund and I have no other money so getting my jeep fixed on my weekend off is out of the question and have to cancel my plans!! Absolutely ridiculous that it would just let me order something that was unavailable!!

I have not received my order and trying to F/u on it had been a nightmare! On hold over 30 min and still no answer to find out where or when order will be shipped

The pricing was better than any other site and made additional savings with the shipping. Easy to process.

Very quick and professional

I was notified last week that my order had been shipped but there was no tracking number on the email and I still haven't received my order.

Although I had searched for a while for bumpers and a winch, the selection and availability were fantastic! Everything was delivered early. And left in good condition, couldn't ask for better from online ordering! Looking forward to more parts after we get it dirty!! Thanks for getting us wheelin'

Ordering was easy, and my package arrived in just a couple of days!

Said they wouldn't honor the purchase.

Bought a battery on sale. Promptly got an email saying battery discontinued. Clearly it's not it's sold all over called both numbers on hold indefinitely. Currently waiting on refund.

Ordered quantity of 2 items. Only received 1.

Received order confirmation without tracking number.

I purchased some parts from them on 1/8/23. On 1/16/23 I still had no shipping confirmation. I reached out for an update. They responded the next day saying they would contact their supplier and let me know. It's now 1/19/23 and still no response. Told them to cancel the order and refund my money but still no response.

They installed a rear hitch for me. I was behind two other customers in the morning and one was taking an extra amount of effort. At 10:45 let them know I would need to reschedule as I had a hard cutoff of 12 to get back to the office. One of the guys behind the counter said he would do it himself. I was out before 12 and very appreciative. Ordered a nee exhaust system from them so will happily be back.

Ordered wheels online. No notice that the wheels were not in stock. Took days to get notice they did not have the wheels. They took payment next day however on my card! I have reached out numerous times to speak to someone, on hold for hours. In this day and age how do you not show what you have in stock? I am going to have to dispute charges on my card because they clearly don't know what they are doing and don't have products they show for sale on there website.

absolutely no customer service for online orders. Recommend ordering through actual stores. At least you might have someone to talk to about your missing order.
