Canceled order...
Ordered an item. It was noted as may be a delivery delay, which I was ok with. Soon thereafter I get a email my order was being canceled because not available... Wasted my time. Annoyed me.

Ordered part 7 days ago and still no tracking info. Called twice and was on hold for approx 20 minutes each time to just be hung up on.
Called two times was on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on wondering if this is a scam? My bank is already been withdrawn the amount of the part. 7 days ago and still no tracking info

The next day I get an email saying it's not available and it will be submitted for cancelation. You guys should've known to not make it available to buy, if it's not available. Such a waste of everyone's time!

Card charged, no confirmation email, no product....
Over a month ago I purchased a couple of items. I never received a confirmation email. I called a local store and they assured me that THEY can see the order. However the part has never come in. I've called 3 times. The last person I spoke to said they'd call me back....that was over a week ago....

Poor service, wrsong parts
I gave the salesman the correct information I was sent the incorrect u bolts . I Tried to contact customer service,I spent too much time on hold,what a joke. It should be called customer no service.

Web site showed you had a part in stock. So I ordered it. The next day I get an email saying you don't have the part. Very frustrating. Should be able to have real time inventory.

Ordered parts that stated available on website.Receive email couple hours later that it has been discontinued or back ordered and will refund my money. Now im not sure what to do for the parts i need.

Been 3 weeks since ordering a Wrangler cover. Has not been shipped, Email request for information not responded to, phone calls not answered. AmEx has been billed, though.

They never get back to you when you want to order something. The phone is always on hold terrible service.
He was going to check on the shocks for me never got back to me. You asked for a price they don't get back to you. I went somewhere else North ridge 4 x 4 seems to care more.
