I ordered the front fenders from Amazon. They obviously had them in stock. I purchased the rear fenders through 4wd because they were the only ones who had them in stock. I purchased them. And the next day received a email stating the fenders were still on back order. And there was no information when they will have them or if. This company is FOS ... DO NOT LIST SOMETHING FOR SALE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK!!!!.... I hope they will pay for my front fenders that I ordered through Amazon.., as they (4wd) were the sellers through Amazon. Now I have a Jeep that will not have the proper matching fenders. This is why we as a country are falling apart. Greed, and over promise.... Only to be under delivered. And ignored. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

It was nice to see a site where I immediately found what I needed, bypassing the Fluff I needed stop bumpers for my 2016 Sahara and after hitting a few keys, there were the pertinent pages I needed to see. I made up the order and now, just 24 Hrs later, I was told they are on the way. Great service!

I bought a smittybilt product and went to check on the shipping. No email anywhere. So I don't have the order number, the shipping number, or any confirmation I bought something other than the money missing from my bank account. Not saying I won't get what I ordered, but don't like that I now get tons of spam emails from them - but no order receipt.

I ordered a Rugged Winch Cover from the SLC. Utah store and they had me just order it online so I haven't received yet.

The inventory on the website does not reflect reality. I don't think my simple expectation is unrealistic: when I am allowed to add a product to a digital shopping cart and complete an online transaction, the product will arrive in a matter of days - at worst a week. A day after placing an order, I received an email telling me the product is not actually in stock and my entire order was cancelled. Had I known the product wasn't even in stock, I would not have included 4WD/4WP in my lineup comparing online retailers selling the product I was looking for.

Ive contacted this company 3 times now over the last 2 weeks trying to return something. First via the return form they instruct you to fill out. After over a week and a half with no response, I write to their customer service email address. Again days passed and no response. I tried a third time emailing to the email address that they indicate, in their transaction email, you may reply to. I am using the methods they outline in their instructions and giving ample time for a response with ZERO response. horrible service. sadly i may have to contact my credit credit card company next if they will not respond. I will not use this company again.

I've been waiting for brake lines from Quadratec for a month. Ordered from 4wd and the Rubicon lines arrived in 2 days.

I finally got what I wanted. The web site is hard to use. The product are great.

I purchased something they had listed as available. Next day they canceled order because it was not available. Not the first time this has happened to me with them.

I placed a pair of seat brackets in my cart this past weekend. The next day I received an email that showed the items in my cart and a 5% discount code. Since this would helpt o cover sales tax, I decided to go through with the purchase. As I am checking out, I enter the code only to find out it is not valid for these brackets. I am starting to despise websites that have to resort to trickery. I purchased the brackets but will certainly think twice before I make another purchase from 4WP.

Order was split after confirmation, no further info sent on remainder of shipment. 2 weeks waiting after emails to customer service and one voicemail. Still don't know status, out of stock, shipped, not able to fill order??? Order made may 14 full payment made, confirmed by my statements currently June 19 no word on status, very frustrating

I have not received the seat covers and I messaged them to cancel the order and receive a refund and they cancel the order when I sent the message on May 27, but it is June 16 and no refund yet!

I called to cancel my order before it was shipped. On hold for 15 minutes and then sent to VM. Three days later I still have not received a call. The brake shoes have been sent and received and now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. 4WD need to STAFF their call center, pay more to get staff. I am done with ordering from them.

It was easy to find the item I wanted but to actually get the exact one i needed i had to go into the description. The info should be in the main header ... example Jeep Wrangler extended vinyl coated steel braided break lines part number.... It should be more like. Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU/ etc.. 2007-2018 extended vinyl coated.... Or.. Jeep Wrangler CJ/TJ/YJ 196? To 20??. It is easier to get the right parts with more info in the title so a return can be avoided.

I waited 10 days for my tracking email. Tried calling customer service only to be put on hold for 15 minutes to a voicemail and never got a call back. Tried to email, again with no response. Finally got a hold of a rep towards the end of the day to be told they no longer carried what I ordered and that they would refund my money. Why the h*ll did it take ten days and me calling non stop to find that out. Called a physical store in Charlotte to confirm and Seth in Charlotte NC was amazing and helpful but I would never order from the website.

Dark Horse Intelligence remains the best credit expertise I have known. I had 23 negative items on my credit report that were holding me back. Five of them are from Capital one another from Wells Fargo which I paid off and I am not sure of the others but they are not more than 6 years old. I filed bankruptcy 5years ago and settled with all of these. My attention was called that they are still on my reports I recently got referred by my best friend to hire Darkhorseintelligence@usa.com which I did and they helped fix my credit and my score improved by a huge leap. I recommend anyone that needs to fix his or her credit to get through with Dark Horse Intelligence they are just the best. Kudos to the entire team.
