trying to find out about my order, no response, on hold for hrs

I thought the parts were great prices thanks for your help

I ordered a bug shield for my jeep. Took my money next day I was told they don't have it . They were giving me a refund.

i ordered 2 parts, got charged for both items & only got 1 item showing as shipped. the tracking hasn't updated in 4 days. i call customer service right when they open & was on hold for 30 mins no answer. i emailed through the site, no response in 48 hrs. Just going to dispute w my bank at this point.

Two tires shipped in 2 days. Can't get an envelope to ship that fast. Great transaction item exactly as described

This is the worst online purchase that I have ever made and will never deal with this company again. I made a purchase over a week ago and have yet to receive any emails confirming shipping information or when I should expect my purchase. I have made two online inquiries using the customer support tab to never receive a reply there as well. When you submit your question you receive an instant pop-up message stating they are very busy and expect delays. Still waiting. I have called the online support number two times where you can expect to be placed on hold for 30 minutes and then be disconnected. If you want to make a purchase, not receive your product, and never find out the status of your order this is your company, if not I would urge you to shop elsewhere.

Very easy to navigate the website to educate myself on what soft top to buy for my jeep. Will be back to buy more items.

Order says it will be shipped next business day and yet here we are and it's not shipped.

The on-line catalog was sure that it knew the part I needed. So I trusted it. That's what we do nowadays. It arrived faster that I expected. It was the wrong part. Much larger that the one on my standard Jeep. I called to arrange a return, and was not offered help to find the correct part, just immediately transfered to returns, who never picked up. I then went to the catalog again to find the correct part, and was only shown the incorrect part that the catalog was sure was correct. So I did the on-line return form and was told it had to be reviewed before being approved. So far, nothing. I'm not sure they know their parts.

Poor customer service when I visited in person. Drove 3 hrs, left in discust.
