My question to support is what settings to use for a MK4S? When I download your link I get this message, There is no application set to open the document “3D-Fuel Pro PCTG - Prusa MK4S 0. 4mm HF and 0. 6mm HF. ini”. Support replied to me once and told me to download the link, it does not work for me, now what?

I received over a dozen sample coils with no labels to distinguish between the names.

Quick shipping, excellent packing. Spools work great in AMS units and the winding was perfect, no snags like some “other” brands

Your prices are too high. I'd love to try your filament but your prices are much too high. Elegoo sells Rapid PETG at around $12/kg and this prints great on my Bambu A1. Just can't see paying 3X for your brand. Maybe 2X but even that would greatly increase my costs. You have to do better.

Once again the bags were not sealed. If this happens again it will be the last time I order. You have a fine product but your commitment to the customer is poor.

Need more profiles for other printers, that not from Bambu Labs!
