I love the local pickup option and ability to get filament right away. Also the quality has been top notch. Their profiles for prints have been spot on for my X1C.

The filament I have used so far has been fantastic. PCTG works great and the quality seems top notch. I have also had excellent customer service on the one occasion there was an issue with an order. The colors I've used so far are bright and vibrant with an excellent uniformity as well. I also appreciate the custom use profiles you provide for your filaments, they save a ton of tinkering about to get the filament dialed in priperly.

Tough PLA product has been running well (better plate adhesion; finish quality; layer fusion; consistency; speed; than other brands).

So far shipping speed and turn around have been amazing and packaging has been good. The print profiles that 3D-Fuel provides are so appreciated. It makes things so much easier when your trying new filaments and I wish more companies provided them.

I've spent a LOT of time experimenting with PCTG, and I look forward to the physical properties it brings to the table. For small precision parts, getting the print settings dialed in can be a challenge. Cooling and retraction parameters need to be just right. Printing a series of parts can be difficult because the print nozzle gets increasing amounts of filament stuck to it. That degrades the quality of later parts.

My first order came quickly. I have not had a chance to use the filament yet as I am in the middle of other projects. I am looking forward to using it and plan to order more in different colors, eventually moving from PETG to PCTG for the better properties. I really like that it is made in the USA.

These guys have a great product, Well packaged, fast shipping, great polymer in all the cool colors. Will continue to use them for my pctg projects.

Love the 3Dfuel product

Had some issues printing with PCTG. Contacted 3D-Fuel for support which John gave me some suggestions to try. Found my problem was not with the filament. Resolved my issue with my slicer and hardware on my printer. Now I get perfect prints when I use PCTG. I now actually use my settings for PETG for PCTG, no changes. Maybe someday I will need to tweet my settings but for now I get great prints. It was nice to get support from 3D-print. Plan to use PCTG instead of PETG for now on. Only time will tell me if it's better than PETG.

Great customer service!

I received my filament, I’m all set and printing unfortunately QIDI doesn’t have a profile for PCTG so I had to do some experimenting adjusting the PETG settings but so far it is a great material to work with. I did receive an email informing me that you have a profile but I’m on vacation and when I get home I’ll see if I can get that loaded into QIDI Studio

PCTG is everything its supposed to be. Prints well. Super strong and doesn't shatter. If it cost less it would be my replacement for PETG all up.

Always good about communicating and responding to questions. John makes it easy for us to feel comfortable about our filament purchases, even when trying something I have only read about. I also appreciate the prompt shipping; as good as any other company I have dealt with!
