Quickly shipped and packed nicely. Annnnnd I got some Gummies in the box!!
Bought some refuel and, unfortunately, it was not good. I opened a ticket and within a day replacement spools were on the way. Once I received them I tried them out and they printed perfectly. 5 stars for the amazing and hassle free customer service!
This filament prints beautifully with the supplied filament profile/settings file. Will continue to purchase from 3D-Fuel simply because they went through the effort of creating the filament profile file(s) that make printing perfect every time.
PCTG filament is terrific. Lots of colors, prints well, print profiles for many common printers, etc. However I have had the plastic filament spools break taking them off my Snapmaker U1 and they don’t yet have print profiles for 0. 2mm nozzles.
Good stuff
I really love and appreciate 3D-Fuel. Your PCTG Pro filament has become my go-to material. It prints easily while being noticeably more robust than PETG, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad print because of the filament itself. Any failures have come down to other variables like a plate that needed cleaning. I especially want to call out 3D-Clean. I was completely frustrated recently with a clogged nozzle on my new Prusa CORE One L's standard high flow 0. 4mm brass nozzle. After two cold pulls and a flush with 3D-Clean, I haven't had a single bad print since. It genuinely restored my faith and my enjoyment in printing, which is a hobby that means a lot to me. What truly made me a customer for life, though, was your response when I reached out to several filament companies about helping PrintForHelp. org print medical equipment and kids' toys for earthquake victims in Venezuela. 3D-Fuel was the only company that even responded, and on top of that you gave the community 25% off their order. That gesture went far beyond what anyone needed to do, and it says everything about the kind of company you are. As a bonus, I'm originally from Minot, so supporting a company based in Fargo means I get to support not just an American business, but one from my home state. Thank you for making great products and being a great company. You have a 100% loyal customer here.
Great company, great product. I really like the tough pro PLA. and PRO PCTG. I did have a minor problem with one roll of the PCTG and without requesting it, John sent me a replacement with no questions asked. I will be buying more. And it's made in the USA!
The help from the place is fantastic. I'll always support them.
I like your filament and have been trying for a month to get a pro forma invoice for the products shipped to Mexico. I finally gave up. It seemed like a simple task. Many years ago, when I was in business, a request for our products delivered took about 20 minutes.
I am having an issue with Top layer. I tried CC3D as well as 3d-Fuel same issue if you can help with. I rated good because I cant get it to work. If you send me an email I can send you Pics of the results.
Prints fairly easily and is stable, so long as you find the right setting for your printer and of course environment of the filament. Outside of that, shipping got here fast and on time. no damaged goods.
GREAT SUPPORT, Excellent service, Excellent products, Great value.
I love buying filament from an American company that produces the best filament at a very reasonable cost considering it's made in America. 3D-Fuel's Pro PCTG filament is the best filament I've printed with. . . the perfect balance of printability and durability! Looking forward to trying the glass-filled next.
For all of those people that need a filament with better specifications than PETG then PCTG is for you. I have my 3D printer in my office so I don't print any filaments that require a lot of ventilation. Unfortunately for me, those filaments have higher temp tolerances than PETG. That is until PCTG came along. It's 5degrees C better than PETG and prints like PLA. For me, I've had the best results with 3D-Fuel PCTG compared to PLA/PETG. Anything that will go into an AMS or AMS/HT that requires temp tolerances better than PLA, I turn to PCTG instead of PETG. I've had PETG desiccant prints expand and release beads all over my AMS. To fix this I printed everything in PCTG and haven't had a single issue. It's my favorite filament so far. Oh, and customer service is great too. I had an issue with a print profile and the CEO fixed it for me. Thank you!
I luv the filament especially Refuel products.
Fast shipping and an amazing product. A+++
I have had nothing but great prints with your profiles and PCYG Pro in my H2D. Still waiting for Toolbox Orange GF.
This has to be one of my favorite filament companies full stop. The team is super helpful assisting with setting up their proprietary print profiles and processes. They are a local manufacturer as well, and based on the direct conversations with them, you can tell how passionate they are about providing filament to their customers. I plan on continuing my business with these guys for a very long time.
As a complete noob (does anyone even say that anymore?), I continue to absolutely love this stuff! It's basically all I use now! Just ordered a few different PCTG GF's to try out!
All things considered, I love the PCTG (excluding the MIdnight Black could not get it to run for anything on any of my three machines. ) The othe colors were awsome. Can't wait to recieve the PCTG-CF I ordered back in May and see how thats going to run.
