3d Fuel, in my opinion is single-handedly increasing the popularity & viability of PCTG filament as a replacement for Nylons & Polycarbonates in many engineering applications in North America, alone. The timely customer service & transparency that John & his staff offers are second to none. This is how 3d printing related companies should be run. Nice job John! Keep on truckin'!
Favorite filament on the market
Arrived quickly and in great shape.
I love the idea of sample coils when I have a small print job. They actually help with storage. I just printed some small spools for my AMS and they are good to go.
Excellent quality, fast shipment
Everything you want from a good company. Good communication Fair shipping fast shipping also.
Great product, PCTG prints as easy as PETG.
PCTG from 3D Fuel has been an amazing material for automotive part prototyping and real world / functional use. It is very forgiving, strong and chemical resistant, and yes it is true, the layer adhesion is incredible, much better than PETG! It prints easier than PETG too and doesn't warp at the bed adhesion layer at all for the parts I've printed. It prints outer wall surface quality equaling with what I've been able to achieve for PLA as well. The color options that 3D Fuel make available for PCTG have proven to be essential in making some really kick ass multicolor parts and prototypes too!

Works as advertised
I've designed a small electronics project box that I use as a standard test print for new filaments. I've recently received a few spools of 3D-Fuel's Pro PCTG and tried out the "Brightest White" variety on my Bambu H2S. Standard PEI coated build plate, no adhesive, 3D-Fuel's filament profile downloaded 03/26/26. I am 100% satisfied and quite impressed with the quality of the print, no post processing required, NO warping, detail on the lip on the lid perfect. Overall the quality of the print in my opinion is 5 star, no exceptions. I highly recommend 3D-Fuel's Pro PCTG for those use cases requiring a more robust PETG solution, although a bit pricey (worth it) and made in the USA. I will be stepping up my PETG products to PCTG from here on out. Thank you John and team!!
Excellent products and excellent value. Fast shipping and great customer service! I’m a permanent customer now and loving the line of PCTG filaments. My customers do as well!
Refuses to stop emailing me
I think 3D fuel gives polymaker a run for their money and does it while being made entirely in the United States. PCTG is my go-to filament and has never let me down for tough engineering grade projects.
Excellent service & delivery
Your PCTG is great, the INDUSTRIAL GREY that I just got does not seem to want to print well even after drying
Filament is very good. It would be nice to have a warehouse on west coast to speed up shipping
Great prices fast shipping
Quick response
Used this material to make panniers and mounting adapters for my air cooled Ducati Multistrada. The bags are 229mm x 120mm x 200mm tall 228 with the lid. Printed on my Ender 3 V3 SE W/ K1C Unicorn Nozzle. The uniform matt finish was desired as the bike is essentially aluminum and Ducati Rosso with bits of black here and there. IMO, a shiny finish would look entirely out of place. The printing process was long but without any surprises; free of flaws blobs and stringing. I am a true believer in PCTG for parts that will hold up to Phoenix AZ's summer heat; in direct sunlight, dark surfaces readily reach 140°f.
