The filament was super easy to use and the results of the print were great. It was extra convenient to have the print configurations file available as the starting point. That reduced the learning curve significantly and was a great start even without any adjustments.

Purchase experience was great, and the product itself - wow. I might never buy PETG again. The part in the video was printed on a new & untouched H2S with their generic PCTG profile, and if it weren’t for the one X axis line being slightly off (most likely a shelf stability issue) this would look like an injection molded part more than an FDM part

New 3-D printer user very thankful I found 3d fuel. The Pla prints perfect with the supplied filament preset. The Pctg has needed a few small tweaks in the slicer but working great. Glad to have American made product and wonderful all around customer support!

I have had issues with you PCTG printing consistently, even after following the instructions on the card. When contacting customer service they were very kind. They advised me to watch other's YouTube videos to manipulate certain command that I did not understand. Add on top of this the impact of the higher cost of your filaments on my limited fixws income does not communicate a good Benefit-Cost Ratio. Especially when others have, for me, a more stable product performance and a more vibrant color performance.

Bought both the PCTG and PETG to give it a try. The PETG prints like a dream for a lift stop on my tractor. I'll start looking for other ways to use both filaments. So far, I'm very happy!

I printed an entire spool of tough pro pla on an old Prusa mk3s, and every print turned out well. This filament has awesome bed adhesion, and it stacks beautifully. Perfect for my combat robot project!

Excellent product and shipped quickly. I will be using the 3d Fuel PCTG for virtually all of my prints from now on, as the detail and strength are excellent. Also, 3D Fuel's filament print profiles for both my Bambu X1C and Prusa XL were live-savers. I wish more companies would create these files for both the Bambu and Prusa lines (I usually only find profiles for Bambu and Prusa CORE or MK3/MK4 lines, not their XL line. . . if I find a filament print profile at all). OUTSTANDING company with superb quality product!

The filament shipped quickly and well-packaged. I would have like to see a re-sealable bag since PCTG is so hygroscopic. This was the only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating. I am also happy that this is a US-based company.
