You guys are all stars. Your PCTG has become my every day filament at this point. It always arrives quickly, well packaged, and with a pack of gummy bears. Whats not to Love?

To get it to stick I had to Dry for about 8 hours and I finally changed my nozzle from a HF to a stamped and that seems to work better for me. Once I did that it seems to print better. 2 negatives that I experienced is the speed and the spools are extremely brittle 2 of 3 spools was broken Contact customer service and they apologized and know the spools are a problem for ams use They sent a file to print a replacement ring for the spools but I didn’t have much luck printing it. The Durability of the product seems to be great and I would give that a 5 star. I would purchase again if they offer a refill package and I could use my own spool.

Shipping was quick and easy. Nice quality filament that prints well with the 3D-Fuel config/profile for my Bambu P2S. If you have another printer, see if they supply a print config/profile. Their PCTG is a good alternative to PETG. I’ll be ordering more.

Shipped immediately when ordered. Great service so far.

Ordered filament on a Tuesday, the next day (Wednesday) according to USPS tracking it was 10 minutes from the shipping address. It is now Monday of the next week and now my order is in Denver, Co. , over 600 miles away. I reached our to 3D Fuel and was told the following: "I'm sorry your package is taking a while to get to you! Unfortunately, once the spools leave our facility, we don't have any control over how the courier gets it to you. I would recommend contacting USPS with your tracking number and check to see what is going on. " No number to call, no email, or chat link, no help with USPS. Their poor choice in choosing a courier is now my problem. I was impressed with the speed in which they packed the order and getting the product out the door, but as long as they use USPS I will not be a Customer.

Unfortunately not with the added shipping cost along with exchange it makes the filament cost prohibitive. That is not the problem of 3D Fuel but is again unfortunate.
