Great company! High quality products, great customer service, quick delivery! My number 1 choice for cooking products!

Everything was great, from ordering to shipping. Lots of information in the booklet included too.

Of course, what else can I say aside from how much I love 360 cookware!! To be honest, I haven’t used it with the steam function, but still cook with it the conventional way successfully! I’m so happy I was able to add this 4 quart to my 360 collection! I needed something larger than my 3 quart stock pot but smaller than my 6 quart stock pot and this is the perfect medium! I purchased my original 4 stockpots/sauce pans over a year ago and I am beyond happy and satisfied with the quality and performance of 360 cookware!

We had been using a vintage “crockpot” for all-day recipes, regularly adding 8oz of water just to keep it from drying out. This slow cooker enables entirely new and easier methods to make and keep great dishes for our family. It is costly, but in my view worth it.

LOVE THIS COOKER SET GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE

Arrived in short time and packaged very well.

Nice!

Vegan, needed a good way to cook beans, lentils n legumes without the need to constantly stir n keep from boiling over. I batch cook for one, so the 4 qt size is perfect! Traditional ceramic crockpot can leach heavy metals like lead and cadmium from their glazes. So, even though stainless steel can leach chromium n nickel, I figured this is the lesser of 2 evils. Buying a well made product from 360, I’m hoping the quality will mean it’ll last years before the pot starts to pit. Photo shows size compared to Cuisinart food processor.

I recently wrote a review regarding my frustration with customer service because I was having a difficult time making contact with anyone. Since then, Yaritza reached out to me and was most helpful and kind. So for that reason, I am “eating crow”, as the expression goes, and what to apologize for my negative comments. Even with my frustration, I commented on the quality of the slow cooker. Now that I have used it more and learned more about achieving the vapor seal, I am even more impressed with it and what you can cook in it and I especially appreciate the fact that it is non toxic! So thank you 360 Cookware for such a nice, beneficial product.

beautiful. have bought before. will continue to buy. happy with product.

I have a great stainless steel cookware set already so I just got this base - it works really well!! I'm very glad I got it, so I can now use any piece from my cookware set as long as it fits on the base.

It was perfect

Ordering online is easy. Updates regarding order submittal, processing, shipping and delivery date are first rate.

everything worked out perfect

Good service.

The best stainless steel site to buy products. Excellent quality and cooking results. Love this brand!

This cooker needs a recipe book. It is too high price to come with so little instruction.

Absolutely love this slow cooker. It is so nice to start the meal on the stove and then move to he base for the remainder of the cooking time. This is my third slow cooker. I have one in each size and love all of them.

Easy order. Fast shipping. Accurate and well pack. Love the product
