Shipping was quick and easy. Product quality is high and after several uses for various vegetable and meat baked dishes it has performed splendid. Even cooking and ease of cleaning has made this much better than potential aluminum and non-stick alternatives. Great product and makes baking a breeze.

The base is basically a cheap hot plate made of plastic with no off on light and no way to turn the unit off while plugged in. It also takes FOREVER to heat the pot. I do like the pot itself and the fact that it's stainless steel but overall for the price of this crock pot I feel they could have done better.
