We had been using a vintage “crockpot” for all-day recipes, regularly adding 8oz of water just to keep it from drying out. This slow cooker enables entirely new and easier methods to make and keep great dishes for our family. It is costly, but in my view worth it.

Vegan, needed a good way to cook beans, lentils n legumes without the need to constantly stir n keep from boiling over. I batch cook for one, so the 4 qt size is perfect! Traditional ceramic crockpot can leach heavy metals like lead and cadmium from their glazes. So, even though stainless steel can leach chromium n nickel, I figured this is the lesser of 2 evils. Buying a well made product from 360, I’m hoping the quality will mean it’ll last years before the pot starts to pit. Photo shows size compared to Cuisinart food processor.

Since then, Yaritza reached out to me and was most helpful and kind. So for that reason, I am “eating crow”, as the expression goes, and what to apologize for my negative comments. Even with my frustration, I commented on the quality of the slow cooker. Now that I have used it more and learned more about achieving the vapor seal, I am even more impressed with it and what you can cook in it and I especially appreciate the fact that it is non toxic! So thank you 360 Cookware for such a nice, beneficial product.

I have been purchasing items from 360 Cookware for the past few years. Their customer service is prompt and thorough. Everything has always been packed extremely well and received timely.

I received this pan on the eve of July 4. Immediately I make a baked ziti dish. Just before placing it in the oven, we had a squall blow trough and knocked out our power for 36 hours. So, I baked the dish on my Weber grill with indirect heat. Beautiful results. This pan has been in service since from casseroles and hot dishes to using it as a salad bowl and a mixing bowl. With a silicone lid on it we brazed country style ribs on the slow cooker base. This is a workhorse of a mixing/cooking/serving bowl and it looks great on every table we set, casual or formal. I even use it as a small wok for fried rice. I highly recommend it. It still looks great and we’re always coming up with new ways to use it. I was so impressed that I just ordered the 9x13 roasting pan. These pieces will definitely be around for a very long time and I expect them to become heirlooms.
