Perfect for the Ninja Air Fryer

Came into the store looking for a small electric grill. Was met by Ernie Elizondo(sales manager). He was very professional, welcoming & friendly. We sat down together & I explained what I was looking for. They didn’t have the grill I was originally interested in but said they could order one if needed. Ernie showed me what they did have from their extensive showroom of various grills. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various different grills & we discussed the pros & cons of each grill. Ernie did not try to pressure or push me on a sale. But rather just wanted to help me find a grill that fit my needs, I was very pleased & impressed. I didn’t purchase anything at the time but left w/ some literature on various grills & a better understanding of what would fit my need. I have previously had a Napoleon grill & ultimately decided to purchase another one. After my good experience w/ Ernie, there was no easier decision but to purchase the new grill from 360Grill. The grill I wanted was ordered & arrived sooner than expected. Ernie called & within a few hours the grill was assembled & delivered on time as promised to my house @ no extra cost. The new grill was setup & they explained all the features & how to properly use the grill, again very impressive. I would highly recommend 360Grills to my friends & others needing a quality grill. Solidly made in the USA 3 quart saucepan. I’m going to be purchasing the rest of the set. Beautiful craftsmanship. Most importantly cooks evenly and heats up quickly on low heat.
