There was a warehouse issue with the availability of the sauce pan I ordered and customer service reached out to me about it and were very prompt in their follow up and even offered me a future discount code for the inconvenience. They offered to refund my money, but I told them I would gladly wait for my cookware since I have been so impressed with all of the rest of the pieces I ordered previously. I am thrilled with the 2 qt sauce pan as well. I would never buy cookware anywhere else. Shipping is usually very prompt and products come well packaged. Customer service has been fantastic.

I love my new cookies sheets! The cookies sheets are heavy & sturdy. The larger size saves me time and allows me to move through the cookie baking process quicker as I easily fit 12 additional cookies on the sheets. My cookies are tablespoon sized; which are perfectly sized for the fur-baby crew!

Great set! Professionally built and the best investment I’ve made for my family’s health!

The order was received promptly. The product is the best I’ve come across as a stainless steel polish without scratching my pots. Highly recommend.

Great experience ordering from 360 cookware !

The best quality I could ever ask for!

The best bakeware I’ve purchased by far. Some weight to it, it bakes beautifully, and it’s also pretty! Look forward to purchasing more from them. Even better—it’s American-made!

Request return

There are higher-quality options with much better customer service at a comparable price. Even boiling water will void the return policy. Beware and consider your options.

Slow to ship but worth waiting for

Completely Fantastic

Great product! No toxins!

Very disappointed with the constant discoloration of the inside of the pans and the need to use stainless steel cleaner every time I use the pans.

I've used the lower heat settings to slowly cook some great meals, including a pork shoulder that turned out fantastic. Flavors simmer better in this metal cooker that seals in everything good. This is so much better than the cheap market crock pots.

Great quality and performance cookware. It took a little longer to arrive but when I contacted customer surface they were prompt with an answer and informed me that because I ordered during a sale they were backed up a bit. I was given a coupon for future purchases for my troubles. It was really no trouble waiting and definitely worth it! I got a great price and great cookware.

Great company

The 7 inch fry pan is nice and heavy and easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.

I will only buy their pots and pans!!

The best piece of cookware in my house
