Glamour all the way

Fast shipping, no issues.

Shopping and shipping went flawlessly with regular updates. I would buy from Natori again!

Timely delivery and exactly the quality and fit I always get with NATORI Thank you!

Always easy to order and delivery was seamless.

Quick to order and to receive in the mail.

Satisified with my order experience. Items came on time in perfect condition. I was notified of delivery from the time of the otrder.

I purchased the Medallion pajamas in Blue, and they are absolutely beautiful. The fabric is incredibly soft, lightweight, and comfortable, and the quality is exactly what I hoped for. They feel luxurious, fit well, and are perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Unfortunately, my shipping experience was not as positive as the product itself. My first order never arrived and was apparently lost in transit. When I reordered, the pajamas finally arrived, but the shipping box was in very poor condition. The pajamas deserve 5 stars for quality, comfort, and design. My only disappointment has been the shipping and delivery experience. I would definitely purchase Natori pajamas again because the product is wonderful, but I hope improvements are made to packaging and shipping reliability.
