I am a long time customer and I usually love your products, but this was the first time I was completely disappointed with the new pajamas.

My package did not arrive, whether it as stolen or lost I don't know. While my customer service rep was professional and helpful I was disappointed that I couldn't get the same items in different sizes and my only recourse was to get the same item, same size but in a different color. This seems like a very arbitrary policy and as a lingerie company Natori should know a nude slip is not the same thing as a black slip, AT ALL, even if it's the same design.

All my caftans except one come from Natori. Be aware they do run a little large.

Love the fit but too big . Requested smaller size . I’m between a 10 and 12 and 5’9” tall . Sent back to get the 10. Awaiting the exchange . Can’t wait to wear it . Great length too

reasonable shipping time

I returned 2 panties in exchange for a bra. A few days later I changed the bra cup size and that was confirmed yet I’ve heard nothing since about my exchange order.

This the second or third time I've been asked to review an order I have yet to receive. It was supposed to be delivered over 2 weeks ago.

I didnt like the additional 12% tax on paying with a currency other than USD. The site doesnt allow you to pay in USD outside US and it forces you to pay in the currency of the final destination. I have seen some tax north of 25% enforced by the automatic price conversion on some countries even.

The entire process from emails, website ordering, shipping, issue resolution and overall service are consistently impressive!!

Beautiful well made garments, easy to navigate site, excellent responsive client service, quick (free) shipping. What more could one want? Great prices? This particular order was from the Natori Summer sale. Awesome prices!

I like Natori bras. However, the one I purchased was damaged. When trying to return it, I ran up against lots of issues, including availability of purchasing the same bra. I was out of stock. I would have purchased a different color but 1) way more expensive and 2) can't get my size. It looks like your inventory on certain bras is very low. Just disappointed.

I like Natori and its offerings. The garments are fabricated from lovely materials, are colorful and well made. I like the variety. The items I have purchased were all well fitting. My only complaint is that I do not like Shopify. It seems like all online purchases go through this app or whatever you want to call it and I do not like it. I do not like any app that stores my shopping habits and my payment options. I do not feel it is secure. Further, if you have to return or exchange something, you must go thru Shopify and it takes forever. Many times the item you wish to exchange for maybe a different size, is gone before Shopify gets around to making the exchange. Contacting customer service for whatever company you order from must go thru Shopify and it is nearly impossible to find a real human to assist you. This us just a blatant attempt to steal jobs from real people.
