Years ago I bought a variety of nylon underpants. Bold colors with a fit that did not stick to outer layers like cotton does. I wish you still made them. The silky feel, fit and colors offered were the best.

I love Natori. It's by far my favorite lingerie company. The thong provides enough fabric and a smooth lay. The bras ACTUALLY FIT.

As usual Jordan was a big help in ordering the correct size.

WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE BRA I LIKE. FOUND IT AT A DEPARTMENT STORE INSTEAD.

I have a difficult size to find, Natori carries it in some of their bras, but they don't carry it in white or lighter colors that can be worn under white shirts/dresses. The lack of color selection is the only reason for 4 stars.

I ordered the same bra I love so much, and you sent me an H instead of a DD. I had washed it and put it in my drawer because I thought it was the same. When I went to wear it, it is way too big. Will Natori make this right?

While customer support was quick to respond to my questions, Natori doesn’t supply the bra color I need in inventory. Women still use white bras and it’s not an option in my not so common size.

Natori products are beautiful. They appeal to all senses, touching them is heaven. In terms of ordering and returning, they are a bit slow to finally send and returns take a couple of weeks to credit. Overall I’d buy Natori.

I love Natori and shop here often. I'm providing this feedback, but would not want this posted. Regarding the Natori site, other sites (Nordstrom) are much easier to navigate and search. I really don't want to have to sign into another website to track the progress of the shipping of my order (the Shop App). If you are looking at an "outfit" that has multiple Natori pieces (pants, top, jacket), those items should be a part of the suggested items below the main item. Or you should be able to click on the piece in the picture (including the jewelry) and be able to quickly find it. I just purchased three caftans on an order. If I search caftans, two of them do not come up in the search. This happens often that you can not find items in the searches. I feel that you should be able to apply one discount code and be able to also use your rewards on the same order (like we were able to do last year). I've noticed that larger sizes are often out of stock, suggesting that more sales could be made if those larger sizes were in stock.

Stunning colour and beautiful fit. I wish the camis and chemises also came with the x-straps to prevent shoulder slippage. Really fast dispatch and customer service.

Great fit and support. The only problem is the straps tend to come unhooked.
