2nd delivery was faster than the first

I have been wearing Natori bras for over 15 years and most recently have noticed a decline in the quality as far as the wires are concerned. Most of (not all) the bra’s wires either pock out the side under your arm or being plastic or breaking. I had written to customer service but they only offered a 15% discount which doesn’t really even cover the shipping cost. I keep repurchasing in hopes that it won’t happen keep happening - but I just continue to be disappointed.
